Ruth Partington, Managing Director
Ruth set up RP Translate in frustration at the poor quality of translations in business.  She's a stickler for precision, and has earned the pet name of 'Mrs Pedantic' in the office.  Hobbies include, but not exclusively, motorbikes, international cooking and great wine.

John Temple, Finance Director and Project Management
John has helped out with accounts since RP Translate started, and joined the company full-time in 2002.  Since then, he has taken on many roles, not least of which is keeping tight hold of the company purse-strings.  Hobbies include, but not exclusively, motorbikes (is there a link here?), golf and growing his own potatoes (honest!).

Maria Green, Marketing and Project Management
Maria joined RP Translate in 2001.  As soon as she walked in the door for her interview, Ruth offered her the job.  Right job at first sight, as you might say.  Maria started her RP Translate career as PA to the MD, but soon progressed to running the Marketing Department and helping out with job handling.  Recently married, she has taken a more behind-the-scenes seat, and helps out with project management 'as and when'.  Hobbies include, but not exclusively, Madonna, her cat Maisie and new husband, Dan, raising money for charity and hotpants.

Birgit Ruhl-Price, Translator and Job Handler
Birgit worked initially as a freelance translator for RP Translate for over 10 years, based partly in the UK and partly in her native Germany.  More recently we have taken advantage of her experience and she has come on board as a staff translator and job handler.

Angela Paul, Personnel, Marketing and Technical Support
Angie has been involved with RP Translate since 1997 with recruitment of team members, development of marketing, networking and the latest technological craze, website design.  Hobbies include chickens (setting her own breeds!), good food and plenty of international travel.
